The founder of Iyengar Yoga, B.K.S. Iyengar, believed everyone, regardless of their age and health conditions, should be able to benefit from practicing Yoga. We follow his principles and endeavour to help the communities in Taiwan through Iyengar Yoga’s Teaching System and its creative use of props.

我們了解瑜伽的練習必須要從瑜伽墊上延伸到我們為社會上進的一份力。所以我們提供特定族群的課程與常態性優惠，從50歲以上的課程到對於醫療與非營利工作人員的優惠，我們挺你來謝謝你們對我們的照顧! 我們也提供公益課程，希望能夠幫助社會更多的人!

We know our Yoga practice must extend from our actions on the mats to our contribution towards the society, and let’s why we offer classes for specific groups and concession discounts, including 50+ Easy Pace to regular discounts for Medical Professionals and people working for Not-for-Profit organisations. We SUPPORT you to thank you for looking after us! We also offer Charity Yoga classes to help more people in the society.

我們的北投教室坐落在台北溫泉鄉－北投的北投市場裡。在這裡你會找到許多(可能有點太多)好吃的東西和泡溫泉的選擇，滿足你的身心靈的需求!

Our Studio is located in the local market in the heart of the Hot Springs (onsen) center in Taipei, Taiwan. Here you will find many (almost too many) eatery and hot bath options, to satisfy your heart, tummy and soul!
