上課須知
Need to Know

不管是實體課或是線上課,我們提醒你提早十五分鐘到達教室或是加入線上會議,這樣有充分的時間放鬆並準備上課。也請參考最下方的常見問題與回答。如果你尚未填寫健康告知表,請點選下方的連結。如果你已經完成課程的預約,但是因故無法前來上課,請最晚於開課前兩個小時(或是特定課程規定的時間)使用App取消預約,或是盡快與我們聯絡協助你取消。若是未在規定內時間取消預約的話,你的課程將會被視為已出席而扣點。
Whether it’s an in-person or online class, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to have sufficient time to relax and prepare for the class. Please also refer to the FAQs at the bottom of this page. If you haven’t completed Health Declaration Form, please click on the link below. If you have made a class reservation but cannot join for whatever reason, please cancel your reservation using the app at least two hours before the class starts or before whatever timing the class specifies or contact us. If you do not cancel within the specified timings, your class will be treated as attended and redeemed accordingly.

上課需要帶甚麼東西呢?

到我們教室上課只需要攜帶一些寬鬆的衣服,再加上毛巾和(當然最好是環保)水瓶。教室會提供瑜伽墊和其他的輔具。當然如果你想帶自己的瑜伽墊的話也可以。

如果是線上課程的話,你需要準備具有攝影機的電腦或平板,並調整鏡頭與光線以讓老師能夠清楚的看到你的全身,以提供你建議。

上課前一定要先預約嗎?還是可以時間快到的時候,直接到教室上課?

為了您的方便,我們建議你事先預約,並提前十五分鐘抵達教室。

我是有一些身體的病痛,可以練習瑜伽嗎?

艾揚格瑜伽的理念是提倡所有人都可以練習瑜伽的。如果你身體已經有一些病痛,我們建議你先請教醫生的意見,然後衡量自己的身心狀況再來決定要不要上課。也請你務必在報名或是上課前填寫健康告知表,或是與我們聯絡。如果是上課當天時,身體有甚麼不舒服,也請量力而為,並提前告知老師你身體的狀況。

我是女生,生理期間可以練習艾揚格瑜伽嗎?

艾揚格瑜伽的練習特別注重如何照顧女性在生理期間的練習。在一般的情況下你可以透過一些體式的變換與特別的注意來練習艾揚格瑜伽。請在上課前讓老師知道你的生理期的狀況並在上課中全程聆聽你身體的聲音。

What do I need to bring to attend a class?

You only need to bring comfortable clothes with you, plus a towel and ideally Eco-friendly water bottle. Our studio provides Yoga mats and other props. You are also welcome to bring your own mats.
If you are attending an online class, you need to have a laptop or tablet with a camera, and adjust the camera and lighting so that the teacher can see your whole body to give you feedback.

Do I need to reserve before coming or can just show up?

For your convenience we suggest you book in advance and arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes beforehand.

I have some known illness or discomfort. Can I still practice Yoga?

Iyengar Yoga aims to make Yoga accessible to everyone. If you have some known conditions, please consult a Doctor first and then evaluate your own physical and mental conditions before deciding to come. Please do complete our Health Declaration Form here or contact us before you book a class or come to the Studio. If you have any discomforts on the day of the class, please take care and let the teacher know in advance.

Can females practice Iyengar Yoga during Menstruation?

Iyengar Yoga takes particular care when it comes to Women’s Health. In most cases you can practice Iyengar Yoga but with variations and additional care. Please let the teacher know before the class starts and listen to your body throughout the whole practice.
