健康的維護就從第一堂課開始!

我們邀請初次接觸瑜伽的人來體驗艾揚格瑜伽的練習與好處。這個課程會解釋艾揚格瑜伽的練習方式,讓初學者建立自信與對身體的感知。如果有任何已知的身體不適,也請務必在上課前填寫我們的健康告知表,以讓老師知道。
It all starts with a practice! We invite first-timers to experience and benefit from the Iyengar Yoga practice. This class will explain the way we practice to build confidence and sensitivity for beginners. For any known discomforts or ailments, please complete our Health Declaration Form prior to the class to let the teacher know.

GET MOVING! 大家動起來!
有些人認為艾揚格瑜伽總是在同一個動作裡面持續很久,有點無聊。的確,有的時候我們會延長我們在同一個動作裡的練習時間,來感覺這樣的延續對身體和心靈的啟發。可是,艾揚格瑜伽也可以很動態起來! 來試試看這樣的課程,釋放你的能量!
Some people believe that Iyengar Yoga always hold a pose for a long time and can be very boring. Indeed often we extend the duration to stay in an asana to experience the effect of that holding on the body and mind but we can also be DYNAMIC and moving! Join this class to unleash your energy and motion that comes with this moving practice.

In Iyengar Yoga, we diligently explore foundation poses to deepen our understanding of Yoga through the alignment of body and mind. This Foundations class provides beginners a safe and progressive way to practice Yoga, and offers other practitioners an opportunity to understand the essence of asanas.

We all need some healing to recharge and recuperate!
Our Restorative classes creatively use Iyengar Yoga props for your body to safely and gently extend, restore the balance of your body and mind to prepare you to face challenges in life and develop new perspectives on how you see things.

Seniors Yoga Classes

艾揚格瑜伽讓不同的年齡、身體和健康狀況都可以練習瑜伽!讓我們的長者一起體驗這個溫和且安全的練習方式,伸展筋骨保持活力。

Iyengar Yoga allows people with different ages, bodies and health conditions to practice Yoga, allowing our Seniors to experience this mild and safe way to practice, extend and invigorate!

身體照護課程
Body Care Classes

艾揚格瑜伽在理療上有廣泛的應用。透過正確的練習方式與輔具的支撐,可以協助或調整身體慢性病的不適。從肩頸背到膝蓋的照護,我們的照護課程提供給你一個不同的體驗。

Iyengar Yoga has a broad application on Yoga Therapy, helping to mitigate discomfort in chronic diseases through correct ways to practice and support of props. Whether it’s neck, shoulder, back or knee care, our Body Care Classes provide you an alternative experience.

線上與實體+線上混合課程
Online & Hybrid Classes

我們部分的課程以線上或者是實體+線上的方式進行。你只需要準備有相機且能夠連上網的平板或電腦,擺好瑜伽墊,調整好相機的角度,就可以上課了! 請參考這裡的詳細說明
Some of our classes are available online or via in-person & online hybrid mode. You just need to have a tablet or laptop with a camera with an Internet connection, place your mat and adjust the camera angle, then you can join a class! Please check this page for more details.

壁繩應用
Yoga Krunta/Wall Rope Classes

壁繩是艾揚格瑜伽的重要輔具之一,可以提供練習的支撐、延伸與倒立的作用。與我們一起來學習壁繩的多樣化應用方式!

Wall Ropes are an important prop in our Iyengar Yoga, providing support, extension and inversion in our practice. Join us to learn the myriad use of wall ropes!

我們的課程也會依照練習者的經驗額外如下分類:

  • 初階: 艾揚格瑜伽練習半年以上,可以做支撐式的肩倒立與頭倒立

  • 中階: 艾揚格瑜伽練習一年以上,可以做獨立式的肩倒立與頭倒立

  • 進階: 艾揚格瑜伽練習三年以上,可以做獨立式的肩倒立(五分鐘)與頭倒立(五分鐘)

    請參考上面的建議來選擇適合的課程。

Our classes can also be categorised based on the practitioner’s experience as follows:

  • Introductory: Iyengar Yoga practitioners with at least 6 months’ experience and can perform supported shoulder stand and headstand

  • Intermediate: Iyengar Yoga practitioners with at least one year’s experience and can perform independent shoulder stand and headstand

  • Advanced: Iyengar Yoga practitioners with at least three years’ experience and can perform independent shoulder stand and headstand for five minutes, respectively.

    Please choose your classes based on the recommended experience above.

    In our Yoga journey, it is very important to develop our own practice to further explore and experiment. That’s why we offer open practice sessions for rental, open for members to book and use our props and exchange with other members.
