歡迎60歲以上或有興趣的朋友來體驗艾揚格瑜伽的溫和伸展,照顧身心健康!首次體驗免費,每人僅限一次。

每週一早上九點半,每週三早上九點,課程時間一個小時,每堂課程單買200元。

We welcome those over 60 or those interested to experience how Iyengar Yoga can help to gently stretch and maintain your health! First trial is free and limited to once per person.

This class is conducted for one hour at 9:30am on Mondays and 9am on Wednesdays . Each class is TWD 200.
